has been released out on AMAZON PRIME here are details of DURGAMATI.

Durgamati follows the story of an IAS officer, played by Bhumi Pednekar, who is made the victim of a major conspiracy involving powerful forces. She is imprisoned in a haunted house while being interrogated in a corruption case.

This film is remake of south Indian film "BHAGAMATHIE"starred by ANUSHKA SHETTY with same talented director but here Bhumi Pednekar fails to impress both audience and critics as well and could have been washed out if it was released in theatres/multiplex. Bhumi Pednekar had very good opportunity to take her acting journey to pick level but film was not horror at all infact it was funny at many scenes.

No doubt BHUMI
PEDNEKAR is good actress but film making is a team works not an individual’s
task so every machine parts needs to work really smooth in order for machine to
work proper but we can’t see such team work here.
Bhumi failed to impress audience as well as critics because her performance is really not up to the mark as we didn’t expect but it happened.
Plot
As film is the
copy of south film BHAGAMATHIE so you don’t have to worry about story because
same story and same director but other team crew members are changed. So this
film could have been done better if it was made in other format or little bit
change in storytelling.
Screenplay
Talking about screenplay
then it is good but as audience is aware about its original copy in south so it
becomes boring to watch same thing again and again.
Writing
Writer of the film
has written unique story but somewhere something gone wrong in storytelling
technique. Story revolves around IAS officer that is BHUMI PEDNEKAR and she was
taken into haunted prison but frankly speaking as an audience u don’t feel
scared in facts u starts laughing when bhumi says ‘NAHI NAHI NAHI SACHAII YE DURGAMATI’.
Production
Talking Producers our
producers are willing to invest hash amount of money but they don’t care about
money they are going to invest.
Akshay kumar is most experienced actor
in the industry as per number of films done but here he chose to invest on
remake that was his one of many mistakes.
T-series is the most popular music production
company we have in the industry till date but t-series has chosen south remake
and wasted money.
Suggestion to Film Makers
As a part of film
industry film makers needs to understand expectations of the audience when it
comes to producing films. You can’t just wake up and produce films just for the
sake of money.
You have money and man power in your hands so create
something visionary things instead of remake of read made south films.
Audience wants VISIONARY producers and directors whom they
can trust. Trust that these people will have something special to show us and
audience can say yes that was ‘PAISA WASOOL’.
Invest your money on new content so that new talent will
help you to maintain your position in audience’s heart.
Direction-
Talking about
direction then our director has done very good job in his original copy of south
so he is good at his work.
But as this film is
copy so nothing much talk about him but his work is appreciable there. Every scene
in his mind he put convincingly in front of people.
In order to convince people direction is at front, most of
scenes are satisfied except performance.
Overall if we look at the film this film is average film
because this concept could have been better than this one because film had
strong team but it was simply copy of south.
