This is a blockbuster not to be missed. One of the most
ingenious film concepts ever created a cross between ‘SAVING PRIVATE RYAN’ and ‘GROUNDHOG
DAY’. This Tom cruise starrer edge of tomorrow is a gripping and clever
blockbuster sci-fi thrille-ride accompanied with taut, fast-paced action and
compelling direction. Tom cruise and Emily Blunt form a perfect chemistry that
takes them from the training ground, to the battlefield through to the
action-bound finale in Paris. The premise of the time-loop has been used many
times before, but this time round there are enough exciting visuals and dynamic
storytelling skills employed to make this one thrilling flick that is unpredictable
designed.

IS THIS SAME TOM CRUISE KIND OF MOVIE?
No but it Depends on how you look at this
movie, this is next level action as that of his previous work but if you are
looking for just entertainment and nothing else it might feel like same movie.
But performance, Editing, Action sequence has been shot in unique way so that
audience will surely stick to their chairs.
Some portion of the film is little bit lengthy but somewhere nothing is perfect in this world so u can go ahead and enjoy this power packed action si-fi.
Producers
like Jason Hoffs, Greygory Jacob, Tom Lassally are free handed people
who believed in such concepts and invested huge bucks on this film.
It like IRON MAN, AVENGERS, TRANSFORMERS etc. this is also high level of technological based movie. But if we compare to above these movies somewhere this films gets less rating.
In case
of storytelling whole story revolves around RITA, CAGE, and OMEGA so it becomes
interesting to watch climax and somewhere u might feel like you are watching
INCEPTION due to confusing scenes but at the end you get clear idea about why
that scene was happened.
About Director -
Director Mr. Doug Liman is totally capable of showing is imagination into reality through film. Every scene is designed in such a way that audience enjoys the film but simultaneously starts to think why it is happened and what will happen in the next moment.
Nearly 160 days CAGE repeats in the film, he goes from marketing
man to soldier and he knows the beach battle like the back of his hand and
wears the EXO-SKELETON like he was born in it.
Rita loses her power when she gets a blood transfusion while her
combat wounds were being treated.
She could sense the
omega and stopped it again before she could get to it.
Cage subconsciously
wants to wake up earlier than being handcuffed at the base then he wakes up in
the helicopter.
It is very interesting
to see how omega resets time everything returns to its original state.
Director knows very well
when and where audience will get stuck and when to take them out.
If you have watched
LOOPER movie which is also same manner film with different mission our hero receives.
It becomes very difficult
to predict what will happen in the next moment so it becomes really curious
topic.
Tom cruise most of time
does his stunts on his own that risky but advantage as well.
No matter what you think
about this film but surely this film will give you fantastic visual effects and
action sequences that will make you feel worth investing money.
WHY
DID NAME OF THE FILM CHANGE ITS NAME?
Initially the film was titled ALL YOU NEED IS KILL after the light novel but as it was going to end up in July 2013; Warner Bros changed the name to EDGE OF TOMORROW.
President SUE KROLL said that title was changed partly due to negative chatter about the word kill in the title.
